Vehicle Information Required
In order to redeem your vehicle, please have the following information available:
1. Make and Model of Vehicle;
2. License Plate Number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN);
3. Driver's License and/or Photo Identification Card;
4. Proof of Ownership such as a valid vehicle registration, pink slip, rental agreement, etc.

If a "hold" has been placed on the vehicle, a vehicle release will also be required from the agency that impounded the vehicle.

The following is a list of locations where Vehicle Releases may be obtained. If your vehicle has a "hold" on it, please inquire with our customer service representative which location you need to obtain a release from. Please contact the corresponding agency to inquire about hours of operation.
